Systems · For businesses already running

Working software in two weeks. In production, on your real data.

You already have a business. What you don't have is software that fits it, so the work lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and someone's head. We build the system that replaces that, and we put it in production in ten business days.

What we build

Nine systems we build most often.

These aren't modules off a shelf. They're the builds that come up again and again, which is exactly why we can scope and ship them fast. Yours gets built around how your business actually works.

Revenue & Pipeline Dashboards

One screen showing what's sold, what's pending, and what's at risk, pulled from the systems you already use instead of a spreadsheet somebody updates on Fridays.

Internal Admin Consoles

The tool that replaces the master spreadsheet. Records, statuses, assignments, and history, with a real database underneath and real permissions on top.

Document & Report Generation

Proposals, contracts, statements, and client-ready PDFs generated from your data on one click, formatted the way you'd format them by hand.

Quoting & Estimating Tools

Your pricing logic, per unit, per acre, per job, or per tier, turned into a calculator that anyone on your team can run without getting it wrong.

Intake & Onboarding Workflows

A guided front door for new clients or jobs. Structured intake, document collection, and automatic handoff into whatever happens next.

Scheduling & Job Tracking

Who's doing what, when, and where it stands. Built for crews, appointments, and jobs that move through stages, not for a generic calendar.

Invoicing & QuickBooks Sync

Invoices raised where the work happens and reconciled against QuickBooks, so billing stops being a second job at the end of every month.

Client Portals

A private, branded login where your clients see their status, exchange documents, message you, and pay, instead of emailing you for an update.

AI Assistants Wired to Your Data

An assistant that answers from your records, not the open internet. Scoped, permissioned, and reviewable, with a human in the loop wherever it matters.

Not on the list? Most of what we build isn't at first. Tell us the process that's eating your week.

How two weeks actually works

Ten business days, five phases, one production system.

Two weeks is a real commitment, which means the scope has to be real too. We agree on exactly what ships before day one, and that's what you get, deployed and running.

Day 1 · Map it

We sit with how the business actually runs today: the spreadsheet, the inbox rule, the thing only one person knows. You get a plain-language scope and a fixed quote before any code is written.

Days 2-4 · Build it

Hands on keyboard, built against your real data from the start, not a demo dataset that hides every edge case you have.

Days 5-6 · Use it

You run it live on real work while we're still in it. Changes get made in the room, not filed as a phase-two ticket.

Days 7-9 · Refine it

We fix what using it surfaced, tighten the rough edges, and harden the parts that have to survive a busy Monday.

Day 10 · Ship it

Production deploy on your domain, in your accounts, with the repo handed to you, plus the notes to run it. It's yours on day ten.

Why this holds up

Fast to build. Built to still work in a year.

You own everything

The repository, the hosting account, the database, and the domain. All in your name, from day one. If you never talk to us again, nothing turns off and nothing expires.

Security isn't a phase two

Row-level security in the database, not just a login screen on top of it. We build for regulated advisory data, which sets the floor for everyone else.

Senior hands, no handoff

You work directly with the person building it. There is no account manager translating your problem into a ticket and back into the wrong feature.

It connects to what you use

QuickBooks, email, calendars, spreadsheets, and payment processors. We work with the tools you've already paid for instead of asking you to abandon them.

An honest retainer

There is a monthly retainer, and it covers the essentials your system runs on: hosting, the database, and the API bills. It is not a fee for the privilege of keeping your own software. New work is quoted separately, and you always know which is which.

We run the same playbook on ourselves

Our own products are live in the app stores and in production with real users and real payments. We build client systems the way we build the things we have to maintain.

Proof, not projections

Things that are actually running.

We don't publish invented averages. Here's what exists, live, that you can go look at.

A compliance-bound advisory practice, rebuilt

Logan Wheeler Financial Planning: migrated off Wix to a fast static build with every FINRA, SIPC, and Form CRS disclosure preserved exactly, a gated client portal with a document vault, and an AI concierge wired to a real assistant backend.

A consulting business off spreadsheets

OptimAg Consulting runs IRS Section 180 soil-fertility valuations billed per acre. We built the reporting tool, the client portal account, and the back-office billing behind it, working from the spreadsheets the business was already running on.

Products in production, with paying users

PickSlip on web, iOS, and Android with live odds and Stripe subscriptions. Franchise GM, three sports sims on one account system and one unlock. All live, all ours, and all maintained.

A client portal we run ourselves

Every Animora client gets a real portal: project status, file exchange with signed URLs, two-way messaging, and invoices, on Postgres with row-level security scoping every client to their own data. We use it daily, which is why it works.

The other two tracks

Software is often only half of it.

If this is a new idea rather than an existing operation, start at Launch. If the bookkeeping, payroll, and paperwork behind the business need handling too, that's Back-Office.

Two weeks from now

What would you rather not be doing by hand?

Tell us the process that's eating your week. You'll get a plain-language scope, a fixed quote, and a date, before you commit to anything.
