Launch · For new ideas and startups

From idea to something people can use.

No business to fit around yet, just the idea and the conviction. We build the first real version: the site, the app, the accounts, and the payments. Live, in the stores, in front of users, without a year of runway spent first.

What we build

Nine things a new idea usually needs.

Almost every launch is some combination of these. We scope the smallest set that gets you in front of real users, and leave the rest until the users tell you it matters.

Marketing Sites & Landing Pages

A fast, self-owned site that explains the thing and captures interest. No page builder, no monthly platform fee, and no template you have to fight.

MVP Builds

The smallest version of the idea that a real user can actually do something with. Built to be thrown at people early, and to survive being right.

Mobile Apps

iOS and Android from the same codebase as the web app, so you're not paying to build the same product three times before you know if it works.

Accounts & Auth

Sign-up, sign-in, password reset, invites, and roles, done properly the first time. Security at the database, not just a screen in front of it.

Payments & Subscriptions

Stripe checkout, free and paid tiers, trials, and webhook-driven access flips, so paying actually unlocks the thing without anyone doing it by hand.

Brand & Design System

A name, a mark, a color and type system, and components that stay consistent as the product grows, instead of five shades of nearly-blue.

Website Rescues & Migrations

Trapped on Wix, Squarespace, or a WordPress install nobody can log into? We get the content out and rebuild it as something you own outright.

App Store Delivery

Builds, signing, store listings, review notes, and the resubmission when Apple says no the first time. We've been through it, so you don't have to learn it.

Launch Support & Iteration

The weeks after launch are when you learn what you actually built. We stay close enough to change it fast, for as long as that's useful.

How a launch runs

Small, real, and in front of people early.

The risk with a new idea isn't building it badly. It's building the wrong thing beautifully for six months. So we cut it down and get it out.

Shape

What is this, who is it for, and what's the one thing it has to do to be worth using? We push hard here, because everything downstream is cheaper when this is honest.

Cut

We separate the version that proves the idea from the version you imagine in two years, and we quote the first one. Fixed scope, fixed price, real date.

Build

You see it running as it's built, weekly, not at a reveal at the end. Course corrections happen while they're still cheap.

Launch

Domain, hosting, stores, payments, and analytics. Deployed in accounts that belong to you, with everything handed over and documented.

We've done this to ourselves

Our own ideas, shipped the same way.

We're not a studio that only builds for other people. Every product below started as an idea with no users, and went through exactly this process.

PickSlip

A sports pick'em platform for private pools, live on web, iOS, and Android from one React codebase, with live odds ingestion, automatic scoring, and Stripe subscriptions.

Franchise GM

Three browser-based sports sims on one account system and a single $5 unlock, built dependency-free with a test-covered simulation engine.

SitterBranch

Tiered sitter coordination for family and friends, with an escalation engine covered by 53 tests and one shared core running both the web and mobile apps.

The other two tracks

Once it's real, it becomes a business.

When the idea turns into an operation with clients and invoices, Systems builds the software that runs it, and Back-Office runs the books, payroll, and paperwork behind it.

Bringing ideas to life

Got something you keep describing to people?

Tell us the idea in a paragraph. You'll get back a plain-language plan for the smallest real version of it, and a fixed quote to build it.
