Back-Office · Administration, run for you

The administration, off your desk.

Bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, benefits, contracts, and the process documentation nobody has written down. We run it, inside your own accounts, as a service rather than another piece of software you have to learn.

What we run

Nine things we take off your plate.

Take one, take all nine, or start with the audit and let it tell you which ones are actually costing you. Project work, ongoing retainer, or a blend, decided per service.

Bookkeeping & Monthly Close

Transactions categorized, accounts reconciled, and the books closed on a schedule, so the numbers are current when you need them instead of reconstructed in April.

QuickBooks Setup & Cleanup

A chart of accounts that matches how you actually make money, and a cleanup of whatever the last person left behind. Set up once, correctly, then maintained.

Invoicing & Receivables

Invoices out on time, payments applied, and somebody actually watching the aging report and following up on what's late.

Payroll Administration

We set up and run payroll inside your own QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription. You own the subscription and stay the employer of record, and we do the work every period.

Benefits & Enrollment

Handled by a licensed benefits broker, not a bundled third-party network. Enrollment and the carrier relationship are ours to run directly, and the payroll deduction is set up in your books to match.

Contracts, SOPs & Hiring Docs

Client agreements, offer letters, onboarding packets, and the standard operating procedures that currently live in one person's head.

Financial Reporting

P&L, balance sheet, and cash position in plain language, with the two or three numbers that actually move your business called out rather than buried.

Systems & Workflow Audit

A structured look at how the business runs today, then a concrete plan: fix this, automate that, cancel the other. Usually the cheapest thing on this page and the one that saves the most.

Automation Buildout

When the audit finds something that shouldn't be manual at all, we can build the software instead of just administering the mess. That's the Systems track, and it's the same team.

How engagements work

Project, retainer, or a blend of both.

Some of this work is a defined fix. Some of it needs to keep running. Most clients end up with a mix, and that's the default, not the exception.

Scope

A short conversation about where things stand and what actually needs to change. You get a plain-language plan separating one-time work from ongoing work.

Choose the model

Project-based for a defined fix, like a QuickBooks cleanup or a systems audit. A monthly retainer for the work that has to keep happening. Many clients use both at once.

Run it

We work inside your accounts on the cadence that fits: a one-time setup, a recurring monthly close, or a standing retainer that adjusts as the business changes.

Where the lines are

What we will and won't be.

Back-office work touches money and people, so it's worth being explicit about the boundaries rather than discovering them later.

Never a co-employer

We are not a PEO, an EOR, or a co-employer, and we won't become one. Your employees are your employees. We administer, and you employ.

Your accounts, your data

Payroll runs in your QuickBooks subscription. The books are your books. Sensitive employee data stays in the systems built to hold it and is never mirrored into ours.

You can take it back

Because everything lives in accounts you own, ending an engagement means changing a password, not migrating off a platform. That's deliberate.

The other two tracks

Run it, and build what runs it.

Launch is for ideas that aren't a business yet. Systems is for the back-office pain that is really a process that should have been software, in production in two weeks.
